Questions

Answers before your next bid.

Everything about bidding, selling, payments, shipping, and verification — in one place.

Bidding

Create an account, verify your bidder profile, and register for the sale you want to join. Some premium auctions may require approval before bidding opens.

A standard 15% premium is added to the hammer price, plus any applicable taxes. The full landed cost is always shown before you confirm a bid.

Yes. Enter your maximum and our system bids the smallest increment needed to keep you ahead, up to your limit. You are notified the moment you are outbid.

Your invoice arrives within 24 hours. Pay within 48 hours by card or wire, and our logistics team arranges insured delivery to your door.

Selling

Yes. Submit your work through our consignment form and a specialist will review its provenance, condition, and estimate within five business days.

A 10% seller's commission applies only when your work sells. Listing, photography guidance, and estimates are free.

You agree a confidential reserve with your specialist before the catalogue goes live. If bidding does not reach it, the work is returned to you at our cost.

Payments

Winning bids are invoiced within 24 hours. Pay securely by card or gallery-approved wire transfer — funds are only released to the seller after the return window closes.

On lots above $10,000 we can split payment across two instalments within 30 days. Ask your specialist before the sale so it is noted on your paddle.

Shipping

Our logistics partners handle specialist packing, insurance, tracking, and white-glove delivery to 64 countries. Shipping costs are confirmed before you bid.

Domestic delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after payment; international white-glove delivery takes 2–4 weeks including customs handling.

Verification

Every lot passes provenance, authorship, medium, and condition review by experienced specialists before it reaches the collection.

Every acquisition includes a 14-day authenticity guarantee. If an independent review disagrees with our catalogue entry, we unwind the sale in full.
